Shipping Within Australia
All ENAYIN orders are processed and dispatched from our Australian warehouse.
- Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 4-5 business days of receiving payment (handmade to order). Please allow up to 7 business days during peak periods or holidays.
- Shipping Method: We use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries.
- Flat Rate Shipping: A standard flat rate of $10 AUD applies to all Australian orders under A$100.
- Free Shipping: For all Australian orders over A$100 or more.
- Delivery Notifications: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
- Missed Deliveries: If you are not home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave a card for collection from your nearest post office.
Please note: While we aim to deliver your order promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather events, postal service disruptions, or public holidays.
Shipping to New Zealand
Currently Not Available (outside Australia, New Zealand & South Korea)
- Shipping Provider: TNT Express (Standard & Express)
- Free Shipping: Orders over AUD $150
- Flat Rate: AUD $15 for orders under AUD $150
- Customs: Max 6 items per transaction; duties & taxes are the buyer's responsibility
- Gift Sets: 1 complimentary gift set per order; additional sets incur AUD $15 shipping each
- Bag Fee: AUD $15 per international order
- Delivery Time: 7–10 business days

Return Policy
- Return Period: Within 14 business days from delivery date

- Eligibility: Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Refund Time: Processed within 3–5 business days of receipt (additional time may be needed by your bank)
