- By Australia Post: via Standard & Express Shipping
For orders shipped within Australia, we offer free shipping on orders over AUD $100 and free express post on orders over AUD $200. A flat fee rate of AUD $10 for orders under AUD$100.
Please allow 4-5 business days for arrival as each item is handmade to order.
NEW ZEALAND
- By Australia Post: via Standard & Express Shipping
For orders shipped within New Zealand, we offer free shipping on orders over AUD $150 and free express post on orders over AUD $250. A flat fee rate of AUD $15 for orders under AUD $100.
Please allow 6-7 business days for arrival as each item is handmade to order.
SOUTH KOREA
- By TNT Express: via Standard & Express Shipping
We currently deliver to South Korea. Please note that due to customs regulations, a maximum of 6 items can be purchased per transaction for personal use. We offer free shipping on orders over AUD $150 and additional fees charged by customs duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer. A flat fee rate of AUD $15 for orders under AUD $150.
One Gift Box with a Shopping Bag for international order is AUD $15 per an international order.
For Gift Set Orders, one Gift Set per an International Order. For any additional orders, the extra shipping cost will be charged per box (AUD $15 each).

After March 1, 2015, it is mandatory to use the customs clearance code when purchasing necessary items using overseas sites. When placing an order, please provide a personal clearance number (visit this website for more information).
INTERNATIONAL
We currently do not offer any other international deliveries.
* Please check your order details carefully before processing the order. ENAYIN Natural Skincare will not take responsibility for any product lost or stolen that is addressed incorrectly due to incorrect information entered on your order form.
* Delivery times are provided as guidelines only as it possibly delays caused by the freight company or uncontrollable circumstances (natural disaster or extreme weather conditions etc).
Online Return Policy:
We strive to create the best experience possible for our online customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you may return your order within 14 business days from date of delivery. Email hello@enayin.com for an online order return form to initiative the process.
Please note that items can only be returned if unopened and unused, with all seals and packaging intact. Once received, returns will be processed and refunded between 3-5 business days to the original payment method. Please allow for additional processing time depending on your bank.
